1. I signed up for the Marketplace but I don't know if I was approved or not.
Once you have joined/signed up for Marketplace and/or Marketplace Kids, our buyer team will review your application, and you'll receive an email from buyers@brandboom.com within 24-48 hours. Kindly check all your inboxes, including spam, for the status of your application. We'll contact you if any additional information is required.
2. I am already approved for the Marketplace Mens/Womens/Lifestyle, why can't I access Marketplace Kids?
Please note that there are separate buyer registrations for Marketplace and Marketplace Kids. If you wish to access both platforms, you will need to apply for each one individually.
3. How do I contact the brand about my Marketplace Order?
After you place a Marketplace order, the brand will review it and decide whether to accept or decline it. Once the order is accepted, you'll receive an email confirmation that it will proceed. At that point, you can view the brand's contact information directly within the order details. If you're unable to connect with the brand directly, our team is here to help; just reach out to buyers@brandboom.com.
4. How do I search for a brand in the Marketplace?
First, ensure you have access to the Marketplace. Once you're in, simply click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner and search for the brand.
If the brand you are looking for is not in the Marketplace, you can contact the brand directly and request their Brandboom line sheet. Please note that we do not disclose information about the brands available on our platform.
