Messages
When you view a Presentation, you will see a message icon appear on the screen, allowing you to start a conversation with the Seller tied to the Presentation.
NOTE: You must be a verified buyer to use the Messages and Scheduled Meetings feature. Please check here re: buyer accounts.
Non-Marketplace Presentations - You have to view the presentation in order to initiate the chat with the seller.
Marketplace Presentations - You need to place an order to initiate a chat with the seller.
Meetings
Additionally, you have the option to schedule meetings with the seller/brand after opening a line sheet. It's important to remember that these meetings can only be arranged if the seller has integrated their calendars into Brandboom. Please be aware that not all sellers/brand have access to this feature.
