1. How do I complete an order and pay for it?
For orders made through the Marketplace, you will be prompted to complete your payment immediately. Our system will temporarily "hold" the transaction, and you will see it as "pending" or "processing" on your credit card statement.
For organic orders, if a deposit is required, you will need to pay that deposit prior to placing the order. If no deposit is necessary, the seller will review your order after you place it and send you an invoice. Please review the invoice and complete your payment using either Stripe or PayPal, depending on the seller's preferred method.
2. How do I contact the brand regarding my order?
Once you place an order with a brand, their contact information will be available directly on the order details. Feel free to reach out to the brand via email or phone. You can also try to chat/message them on Brandboom as well. If you're unable to connect with them, please contact us at buyers@brandboom.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
3. How can I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply sign in to your Brandboom buyer account. From there, click on "Orders" and search for the specific order you'd like to review.
If you don't yet have a buyer account, after placing an order, you'll receive an email from Brandboom. Simply click the link within that email, and it will take you directly to the order you just placed.
