Track my Marketplace Order

The seller will receive a notification as soon as an order is placed. He will have a 7-day window to either accept or decline the order. If he decides to decline, you will be notified and the order will be automatically voided and canceled. Any pending charges on your credit card will also be removed.

Follow Up on your Order

Since this is a Marketplace order, the seller's contact information will not be disclosed. To follow up on your order, please reach out to buyers@brandboom.com and/or contact buyer support via chat. 

Track your Order

You can easily track your order by logging in to your Brandboom account > Order tab > select the order from the brand. Ship date can be found in the order form while orders and invoice history can be found at the bottom of the page. 

NOTE: For local pick ups, please make sure to mark the order as received.
